By purchasing a commission you agree to the following terms of serviceI have the right to refuse and decline any commission for any personal reason that I see fit including but not limited to: portraying imagery I do not agree with or am uncomfortable drawing, is out of my skill range, would require too much time, too many restrictions, or use of AI references.Will draw: Furries, Feral, Humanoids, Fanart, Ship Art, Self Insert Shipping, artistic nudity and Light Gore.Will not draw: IRL Shipping, Pro-Ship, Zoophilia, Racist, Abelist, Sexist and/or Anti-LGBT imagery, NSFW/Fetish Art, Mecha.If your character does not apply to any of these or you are unsure just ask via dming me !!Timeline:An update will be provided after every major step of the piece (Sketch, Revised Sketch (if applicable), Linework, Flat Colours, Painting.)Pre-Sketch - Any specific details on poses, backgrounds, etc.Sketch - Any tweaks and corrections on details, sizing, backgrounds, expressions and other smaller changes. Any major changes that result in a whole new sketch will require a $5 fee.Lineart - Changing the lineart is quite tricky so any major changes will come with a $5 fee but minimal changes such as small sizing issues or detail changes can be free of charge.Colours - Changes of markings, patterns, colour palette, and requests for filters and overlays can be made at this stage.Finished piece - Any changes that are not to the overlay/filter related will cost a $5 fee as editing a finished painted illustration is difficult as it is all one layer.Any delays that occur will be notified.
Picture References are heavily encouragedPayment:Payment will be sent after the initial sketch is sent and approved.
Payment is in CAD only and sent through PayPal or Ko-fi.
Only partial refunds can be granted at the sketch stage (50%)Turnaround Time:Art is not my job and I am a full-time College student !!! If a slower timeline isn’t something you are comfortable with I am more than happy to recommend other artists you can commission instead.
The range for my T.A.T is 30 - 50 days depending on the complexity and size of the commission.
Simpler commissions may have a T.A.T of 14 days but unless stated beforehand assume a 30-day time.
A range will be given at the start of the commission and the start time will also be stated once you have reached the top of the queue.
Any delays due to emergencies or school needing to be a priority will be told to you as soon as possible.

Use the artwork in any way that won’t generate any kind of economic profit, this includes using the artwork as a graphic but excludes using as or within a thumbnail for streamers / youtubers.The commissioner and any parties can not:Use the piece for any blockchain or crypto currency related purposes (such as NFTS).
Use the artwork to train AI.
Modify the artwork by AI.
Use this commission in any AI media generation tool .
